The practical things, gathered in one place.
Arriving
- Check-in
- From 3pm
- Keys & access
- Reception is through the courtyard gate on Carrer de la Mar. Arriving after 11pm? Message us and the night porter will meet you at the gate with your key.
- Parking & transport
- Free parking behind the hotel, signed from the village square. Ask at the desk for an electric charging point; there are two.
During your stay

- House rules
- The pool is quiet after 8pm, and kept for adults between 4pm and 7pm. Please don't take the room towels to the beach; beach towels are at the pool house.
- Breakfast
- Served on the terrace from 8am to 10.30am (11am on Sundays): local pastries, fruit from the garden, eggs cooked to order. Leaving early? Ask the night before for a breakfast basket.
- Restaurant & terrace bar
- Dinner in the courtyard from 7.30pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Sunday. The terrace bar is open from 6pm to midnight. Message us to book a table; we keep a few for guests every night.
- Room service
- Drinks and a short menu from 11am to 10.30pm. Message us or dial 9 from your room.
- Spa & pool
- The pool is open from 8am to 9pm. Massages and facials in the garden treatment room from 10am to 7pm; book at the desk or by message, ideally a day ahead.
- Airport transfers & taxis
- Palma airport is 55 minutes away. Our driver, Toni, can collect you or take you back for €85 each way; book 24 hours ahead. For a taxi in the village, ask the desk and one will be at the gate in about 15 minutes.
- Housekeeping
- Rooms are made up between 10am and 2pm, with turndown in the evening. Hang the card on your door if you'd rather not be disturbed.
- Something special
- A birthday, an anniversary, a proposal? Tell us and we'll arrange flowers, cava in the room or a quiet table at sunset.
Leaving
- Check-out
- By 11am
- Late check-out
- Until 2pm for €40, when the room is free. Ask the evening before and we'll confirm in the morning.
