Do guests need to download anything?
No. A guide opens in the phone's own browser the moment they scan or tap the link. No app, no account, no password.
What if something changes after we've printed the QR codes?
Change it in your guide and publish. The link and QR code never change, so the cards in your rooms always open the latest version.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. If you can write an email, you can write a guide. Or choose Done for you and we'll write it with you.
Can our reception and managers edit the guide too?
Yes. Add each colleague by email and they get their own login to edit and publish the guide, at no extra cost. Only you, as the owner, can delete it or change the plan.
What about our guests' privacy?
Guests never sign up or share their details to open a guide, and we don't use tracking cookies. Read our privacy notice.
Is there a contract?
No. Your first 14 days are free, then you pay monthly for each published guide and can cancel any time. Cancel during the free days and you pay nothing. Drafts are always free. Read the terms.
